About ParaWave
Our Story
Our Roots
Adithya Ramaswami and Jack Murray started ParaWave, formerly known as Firefight Aero, while studying Aerospace Engineering at The Ohio State University. Driven by their passion for drone technology, and a desire to support first responders and help save lives, they decided to join together to start a business developing autonomous drone technology for emergency response efforts. ParaWave aims to provide first responders with comprehensive drone solutions to view aerial footage and obtain critical information when every second counts. Today, they continue to create innovative solutions to help keep communities safer.
Our Growth
Since our founding in 2022, ParaWave has made remarkable strides and is grateful for the opportunity to have participated in numerous accelerators. From joining the inaugural cohort of the Presidents Buckeye Accelerator at The Ohio State University to placing 2nd place in The United States Department of Defense’s DIU NSIN Vector Pitch Competition, ParaWave continues to build its foundation from the ground up.
Our flagship product, the ParaWave Shepherd, proudly launched the summer of 2024. ParaWave continues to develop autonomous drone capabilities made specifically for the emergency and first responder industries.
Our Future
Today, ParaWave actively collaborates with first responder agencies across the US. Our mission is to engineer drone technology to helps save lives. A heartfelt thank you to all the first responders who have helped and believed in us. We would not be here today without you. The work you do is invaluable, and we hope to make a positive difference in the communities we serve. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to helping first responders protect and support communities nationwide.
